Ethan helped me find a new nicotine juice & I was very appreciative because I’m always overwhelmed when I go inside a vape store. Unless I know exactly what I want, it’s stressful trying to figure out what to get. He was super friendly & helpful which not everyone always is in other stores. This place is awesome. Huge selection of anything you would need and very knowledgeable staff. I went and a bought a cart box the other day and Frank helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed, no runaround or aggressive sales tactics. I will definitely be coming back for my needs I'm the future. Highly recommend over octopus garden across the street.

I came in last week to make a purchase. One of the most helpful staff I've ever encountered, Greg, in any retail situation was very professional, helpful, and informative. I told him I had a tight budget and he walked me through various glass pieces that fit within my budget. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase and I have so much appreciation him. Of course, the rest of the staff is also very good, but I was just impressed by this person. This place has an amazing selection and the staff is quick to greet and help. I always enjoy coming in this store. Thanks a lot Greg!

High life has always been my favorite smoke shop. How it became my favorite is how they treat you when you walk in. Last night my bf and I needed to go by...unfortunately it was 2 minutes till close. I just knew they would turn my bf away when he walked in. Nope...they smiled and greeted him. They made sure he left with what we needed and provided knowledge about the products. Needless to say we got a new product and loved it. Thank you high life for taking care of us...I know y'all were ready to go home!!

Gretchen is so sweet and so knowledgeable about all the products. She really helped me out alot. Prices are great and a wide variety of products to choose from. Definitely will continue to shop here for all my vape needs . They even have super cute bags and accessories. She was even super nice to my service dog.
