HANDS DOWN BEST SMOKE SHOP IN THE AREA! I've been to a lot of smoke shops in the Rochester area and this place has the best customer service out of all of them. They know their products, their glass selection is huge and their prices are quite reasonable. And the vibe in there is really cool. Definitely my new favorite smoke shop

BEST SMOKE SHOP EVER!!!! They even have Delta 8 THC Disposable 🎂 pens which are so convenient!! ABSOLUTELY recommend, 10/10!! PS. Was in the store for 2 hours looking at all their products and amazing collection of glass!

Amazing customer service and selection of glass. If ur trying to upgrade to something really nice this is the place. The best selection in Rochester by far. Walked in just to look around and ended up walking out with one of the nicest hookah equipments and with more knowledge on its origin than I think google would have ever taught me in a million years. 10/10 would recommend and customer service was at its FINEST. Very pleased.

I really loved the ambience here, it was welcoming from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. I'm a big hookah smoker and they have everything I needed and a big variety. Angelina was so helpful and put me on to some really good smelling incense which I purchased. Run to Cartel Palace, they have all your smoking needs.
