My husband is a patient here so since I just recieved mine, I thought I'd sign up here too. I went in the next day, today, to get my new patient paperwork done and etc etc.. no one was at the desk so I patiently waited and then about 5 min later they finally acknowledged me and was told they couldn't help me since the receptionist left early. The two workers told me they "weren't allowed too". So, here's the kicker, why would a place of business, that is supposedly professional, have no one to process new patients to be there on a FRIDAY, the weekend before Memorial Day, in which they won't open again till the following TUESDAY?! I'll also add the fact that when I told my husband, he said that they know how to and they were supposed to help me. So I'm guessing they just didn't feel like it then? Unprofessional. I walked out the door and called up another dispensary in which they said they are in fact open tomorrow and would love to help me! So not only did you loose a potential future customer but also a high paying current customer who is also taking his business elsewhere after the 2nd.

Called to voice a complaint about them not wearing masks, they serve a population of immunocompramised people and its a pandemic, and the manager was incredibly condescending. For a supposed medical installation they don't care about the well being of their patients. Deserve 0 stars

Disappointed a bit. The staff needs to up the game, or management needs to get bud tenders that actually know something. I'm tired of being sold on hi thc levels, we all know terpenes where its at. When asking for a particular strain last week I had to bud tenders flopp. Luckily I overheard another customer and a bud tender make a recommendation to them. I went with that recommendation it was much better than what the bud tender claimed was great. I know preferencecan make a difference to opinion. But don't try to sell hi thc to anyone who knows what they actually want vs your arrogant bud tender who doesn't listen to the customer. In my case I have over 15 years medical in Oregon and Washington both now that I'm here I guess I expect similar.

The quality isn't there.... chemical taste, seeds, and overly dry sometimes its fire but most of the time it's mediocre. Praying they get better 🙏.

This place appears great but product is horrible have had several visit to try but each time flower is not cured correctly and the flower smells like hay and taste like it probably better off smoking your lawn because it’s almost that bad I have been a patient for over 15yrs and expect high quality good product at this point .
