I have always had a good experience at Elevated everyone has always been helpful and very kind except the last time I went in the store. The woman who waited on me was pushy and made me feel rushed, she was rude and not polite and when I asked for a strain that was on the board she was very short with me when I asked her about what was displayed on the board. Needless to say it was not enjoyable at all as every other time I have been there and had 5 star service. It has in fact made me decide to try other places in town. The woman wears eye liner that wisps out to a point at the end of her eye and she had a wide headband wrap in her hair ... yellow, like in the 50’s. I am 61 years old and don’t know much about what helps my medical conditions and have slowly learned all that I know from your other wonderful informative staff but I am going see what others have too. I’ve never had an edible work from this dispensary though I’ve tried plenty. The flower is always dry and turns to dust in a grinder. Not to mention it’s overpriced for low quality and they rarely if ever put their flower on sale even though it’s all dry. Their concentrates lack flavor completely and like everything else it’s overpriced. Please don’t waste your time on this dispensary unless you like terrible products and a lackluster staff. Literally any other dispensary will be an all around better choice.
