If this rating was just for the staff it was be 5/5 but Mr. Nice Guy, the company, has been in decline for 3-4 yrs since they decided to put their money and emphasis on “kratom”.
The MNG on Cherokee St remodeled the store and there is a very mall section of the store dedicated to smokers. Limited on papers and other accessories. The pushed all the smoking stuff to the very back of the store.
Their rewards program caters only to those who enjoy kratom. It used to be robust for both kinds of customer but no more. The corporate powers that be DO NOT care about loyal customers who don’t partake in Kratom.
For last 2 yrs I’ve made it a point to tell management at the Cherokee location that they need to make the customers who aren’t interested in Kratom feel wanted. For the last two years that request has fallen on deaf ears.
It’s sad. Unless I see a shift back to what made them popular, great customer service and providing top quality smoking accessories, this will be my last time patronizing MNG.
Their packaging lets you know all you need to know about Mr. Nice Guys…they no longer exist and CBD Kratom, whatever that is, has taken over.

I got some stuff from this place and they said they would back it up and swear by it and it didn't work not to say as me and the wife were leaving the place gun shots ring out down the street so it wasn't a good experience

horrible/cheap products. Bad store policies. My battery vape pen broke within a week of me purchasing it and they wouldn't let me return it. My last vape pen was half the price and lasted me four years. Don't shop here if you want to get quality products. Employee also lied about there being a warranty on the device I bought - UPDATE to the comment below. I emailed as you said and never received a reply! that tracks with the horrible customer service
