I normally go to the Delmar location but since it was closed I stopped in at the Cherokee location. Just browsing around I found a few pipes that caught my eyes, I’m picky but find blown glass sooo fascinating! Sammie was the lady that helped me pick out some good ones, she rocks. Very friendly staff, who truly do go above & beyond to help their employees...I’ll definitely be back again to purchase more. Sammie deserves a raise for her great work!!

What a great experience! I came into today looking for a water pipe and was given a run-down of all of my options. Needless to say, I left happy and my purchase was beyond worth the price. It makes medicating so much easier and fun:) Shout out to Aiden and Jeremy for helping me out. It is rare to meet such a friendly. helpful stuff

I had Mychaela today and she was so amazing! I went in there for a simple can of butane and came out with everything I never knew I wanted! She knew everything she was talking about and had great recommendations, you guys need more employees like her she made me feel comfortable not rushed!

Your managements treatment of staff is unbelievably disrespectful (I would never imagine working for your company).
it's surprising your staff is helpful at all under that poor of leadership. Its also no wonder you have such a quick turn away of employees. I shop at three of your locations regularly and have for year but management has only worsened. I see it in every store and it's you the owners not just the store managers/shift managers. Treat your staff better, pay them more, do something please!

Doesn't matter what sales associate is staffed they always seem happy to help. By adding personal experiences, customer feedback, and general understanding of their products it's made it easier for me to walk out completely satisfied.
And for those who would prefer to be left alone, the staff seems to fully understand and will respectfully let you shop in peace if you say you dont need any help.
Honestly upper managements treatment of their staff is the only thing that could improve. Whatever your paying your staff it isn't enough!
