Midway Tobacco and Vapor

I used to think they were wonderful until today. I bought a 27.00 battery piece about 2 or 3 weeks ago and it broke about a week ago. I went in to get it replaced. They do not stand behind their product. He had the nerve to ask me if it work when I left the building. He told me he would SELL me another one but he would not replace the one that was broken.
Personaally I think that stinks. I already spent 27.00 plus the part that you put the liiquid in. I think that was another 10.00. He said he has customers that spend much more then I do. So I will be going to Simply Vapor on Cope in Maplewood. Plus they deliver through the mail and they are still a couple dollars cheaper.

I went there on a Monday, bought a vape that I thought was a bit overpriced but the employees were very helpful so I didn't worry as much. By Thursday it had stopped working so we went back. They quickly said that they would replace it and offered me a different kind even though I just wanted to replace the one I had purchased. We didn't have the box with us but he said he didn't mind if we took the new vape and brought the box back for the old one the next day. I ended up looking up what the new one cost versus the one I had originally purchased. The one that they replaced my purchase with was half the cost. When my boyfriend went back in the next day to explain we had seen that the replacement was worth half the original, they said that they couldn't do anything about it because they had already given us the new one. They prey on 'newbies' who don't know the cost of anything. I ended up paying $65 for an eleaf iStick that doesn't cost more than $30 anywhere else. Let's just say that I'll never be going back.

I love this place. They are all very polite here and they have great prices. As long as there open up be going there.

This store has unbeatable prices on multiple items!! Whenever I go there I feel comfortable, and almost feel like it is my destiny to buy my smokes at the midway smokeshop. Place is definitely cool.

They had the glass I needed for my smok, but before one of the employees found it for me, one of the owners assured me they didn't have it; I decided to look anyway.

They don't allow you to try juice before you buy.

And finally, after I paid and was about to leave, some dude was hanging out inside of the store, aggressively asking to bum my change. Standing between me and the door outside, he said "Hey man, you have $2! I'm try'na catch the bus!"

"Yes, I do. But they're my dollars. Now excuse me."

The store is very clean, employees pleasant and helpful, the store has lots to look at, candy, masks, hats, incense, smoking paraphernalia, and busy with customers

I was in there tonight ready to put down over 200.00. But I waited and waited and after taking a 3 rd person who came in after me I left. I will drive farther for better service than here.

The employees here are very helpful and have never steered me wrong. I will be back for sure!

Excellent service every time. They take the time to answer questions and I never felt judged for any questions I asked. Really kind staff!
