Really unsanitary! Instead of like normal vape shops who cut the package and keep the single coil contained, they pop them out, handle them, stick it on the counter and then you're supposed to use it? It's now dirty, you should just cut them into individuals and keep them clean.
Little tiny bottles of juice are $9! Really? I get 30 mils for $10 at my normal vape shop.
Two stars for the nice dude who waited on me. Won't be back.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever had spent $30 unwilling to accommodate for a product that was broken because I stepped out of the store... I spend at least 50 bucks a week there looks like you guys just lost a customer

They didn't have what I needed but honestly the staff is some of the most knowledgeable about stuff and the service was great and trust me that's hard to find for a smoke shop

I just went into this tobacco shop and 2 of the employees didn’t have masks on and one had a mask covering part of his mouth only. Won’t be going back to this business.

I am from Chicago, each time I have every gone in there the young men in that shop are simply always, just outstanding!!!!!
