Alex is great to deal with! They have an awesome selection of original glass art pieces, made by an assortment of blowers in the US!! Not the overly common cheap glass with huge markups. Do yourself a favor and check this place out before you make your next purchase. You may walk out with a one of a kind piece, or save on the common stuff.

I’ve shopped other vape stores in Rochester but these guys are awesome! I’m still pretty new to vape but they answer my questions, help me with different flavors and I can usually get a good chuckle once in awhile. Very friendly! Highly recommend! And the new shop is awesome!!

Great Customer Service! They answer questions respectfully and go out of their way to help you. They have a wide variety of vape supplies. There is a lot of glass art made by locals that is very high quality!! Very friendly atmosphere!

My friends and I came to the store at around 6:50 p.m on August 15th 2020 and the employee working was very rude and not very clear with any instructions given to us upon entering the store, I was aware my friend was not 21 and was 18 and that I was the only one who could buy nicotine products however the employee seemed very annoyed by just our silent presence in the store. 10/10 would not recommend the melting clock. The smoke shop market is a very big market with more than 6 shops within 5 miles of this one. Don't waste your time with bad customer service.

Great shop when it comes to hand blown glass pieces. Definitely the most artistic pieces ive seen around town. A store about their GLASS art. They also have a great inventory of golf discs and vape products. Very engaging staff that focuses on customer needs. By far my favorite shop in town. 👏🏻
