Went here for the first time and loved it. I'll be coming back anytime I'm in Rochester. Workers were really cool n personable n have a huge selection of disposable vapes(which is what I was looking for) also gave me a voucher for $10 off my next visit. GO HERE. You won't regret it

Melting Clock has continued to be my favorite place to go for anything vape related. I used to go there just because it was right by my house but now I will rarely go anywhere else because I don't have to. They carry Cloud Nurdz which is my favorite juice brand and surprisingly not sold at most other shops in town. They definitely pay attention to what their repeat customers are buying and do a great job keeping them stocked! You get a punch card to get your 10th juice free, too. They are also open later than any other place until 10pm every night which is so convenient. Staff all seem to be knowledgeable, laid back, and endlessly sarcastic in the best way. ✌️

This place is BADASS!!! I will definitely visit again before I move back to Michigan. There is sooooo much stuff in this store. Its a little odd if you don't know where it is..... but on the main street there's a driveway, if you miss it you can go around the block.

They got it all and a bunch of cool art too! I came out from Seattle and I'd say this shop suited my needs well. And the staff was engaging, friendly, and chill. Fun find: Alec (Silver winner from X-Games 2017) Has a signed skateboard up on the wall.

Super nice people here. They were moving to a new location and were supposed to be closed during the transition. Unfortunately, I didn't plan ahead and needed to pick up an item from them when I found out they were closed. I emailed the (presumed) owner with my dilemma and was told that it wouldn't be a problem at all to help me out despite being closed. He was happy to help and I am super grateful for the great customer service. Will definitely be patronizing the Melting Clock in the future. Thank you!!!

The blonde girl (Emma) is always very knowledgeable and if they don't have something I want she shows me other options that work out, and I appreciate because I truly don't know much about the stuff. She's smart and knows what she's doing. Highly recommend

Always ❤️ the willing to do, to serve you as a customer even if I'm not paying for a big sale. You know how to welcome, answer questions and when I can expect anything but a sale, instead I get a person who can leave the house and set aside gross income and expenses and I will proudly say, it was like I was treated like the sales who were the last approach on the 1st was making sure I was happy with what I came for or enjoyed to take home with me.
