Still getting used to the renovation, but now it's a very bright, clean, and wide open place. Great array of pieces and materials, lots and lots of other stuff and gift ideas too. Can buy cdb in oil and flower, even pre-roll J's.

Easily my favorite smoke shop in the Twin Cities. The staff is knowledgeable about all their products, they have a lot of traditional pieces, and a lot of custom beautiful glasswork made by local artisans. They have a clothing area downstairs, and also have vaping tech, and pretty much anything smoking related you can think of.

That blonde women is so unprofessional and i hope she get replacement asap before she lose more customers. I will quit Vaping before I go there again! I hope they go out of business! Worst experience ever!

Ignore the reviews implicating anything to do with quality issues. All customers are informed that all items are final purchase. If your cheap vaporizer breaks, or your smash your bowl, get over it. Here's the skinny: The Hideaway is one of the few places that support (buy) art glass and have it for sale. Salt, Brandon Martin, Fr333k, Eric Ross, there's lots of good names represented!!

Very neat place. Some people have worked very hard to make some of these pieces. The employees are very helpful, they take their time to help you find whats best for you and theyre not out to get your money by any means. Will definitely be back!

When I went there I was immediately asked if I needed any assistance and was provided assistance for a good hour while making a decision on what to buy. Then while browsing around I was offered assistance whenever I was looking in cases. Awesome customer service, great prices, awesome layout. I'll be going back to this location regularly.

If I could rate 0 I would. I’ve purchased so many items here, just this past week a new vape mod. Stops working within 2 days and they can’t refund or even try and fix it for me. $70 bucks wasted to this stupid company.
No longer coming here for even small purchases, as well as my group of friends have expressed similar instances and will be taking our business to Smokeless Smoking who actually know what they’re doing. You guys usually send us to them half the time I come in anyways. Good luck on referring people to another company, hope that works out for ya!!

They have some cool glass and deals sometimes. This last visit, I went to buy tobacco, and the security guard would not allow me in because he did not like how I parked my vehicle. This place is pretty chill, when their security boy does not try to act like a meter maid.

Remodeled, large open spaces, lots of bright light, friendly staff as always. They sell clothes in the basement; fun to browse through while your friend's taking forever to decide on something. :b
