If you register for an account with them, they send out daily specials, offer delivery, and you can earn rewards. More for medical than recreational but they do offer both. Right now it is curbside only but go inside if you can. The best part: there is almost always a food truck in the parking lot, even in winter! Right now, Great Lakes Donut Co. Check it out!

My girlfriend and I were looking for pre roll deals. My friend called Pincanna and was told they had a special, buy 3 for $15 get 2 free. So we head over there. When we get in we tell them what we wanted are told that's an old special. I said that we had just called, that's why we are even here as we usually go to elsewhere. The guy behind the counter, apparently the "manager" and the bud tender girl across the room start arguing very loudly back and forth about what she was told about that deal and the "manager" saying no, that's an old sale. After a couple minutes of loudly arguing the bud tender finally tells the "manager" to do it anyways because it was her mistake and she would pay the difference.
Super uncomfortable, super awkward, super annoying, and I felt really embarrassed for them acting that way to and in front of customers. Such an icky vibe in that store. I didn't want to go there to begin with and was talked into it, definitely never going there again.
yes we were taken care of and the pre rolls were pretty good.
The level of customer service though was a 1 at best. I'd much rather been taken care of by someone nice with a good attitude. Loudly arguing across the room over customers it's just poor customer service regardless if I was taken care of in the end.
Also why couldn't the one in charge just do that in the beginning? Why cause a scene like that? I was told I was banned from going in there again because I caused a scene. That's okay I didn't plan on going back. I'd say look at the cameras.

Dropped in on my way up north. Incredible selection, really great pricing. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend checking them out.

This is mine & my boyfriend's favorite place to shop rec. The budtenders are awesome especially Lee. She is always so helpful and kind. The prices are reasonable compared to the other dispensaries in town. Pincanna always has deals and rewards, which is great when you visit often. I gave 4 stars because whenever we order curbside it takes forever. It's faster to just go inside. If it wasn't for that I'd give them 5 stars.

There are several dispensaries in and near Kalkaska. This one is great. The employees are nice, and helpful, the prices are just right, and it's in a convenient place to get snacks before or after ;-). Great place

Nice place, great staff,.prices are ALL OVER the place. But the staff's politeness and care about each patient or recreational user kinda overshadows that. But the prices sadly made me issue the 3 stars. But it looks like they are working on it. Everyone has to eat. And times are tough. Thanks for being around guys. They are a Great team!
