This place is definitely a go to for their deals but they make it almost unbearable with how unfriendly and unwelcoming they are. The vibes are so uncomfortable. Feels like I’m doing something wrong by coming here. If you’re looking for good deals and welcoming bud tenders go to green pharm! They also don’t honor their deals and make exemptions when it’s convenient for them.

My bad review was removed from here. This place sold us terrible smoke (tasted like mold) and told us everything there was organic because it's grown in coco. Ridiculous excuse for professionals. I'll keep putting this up so everyone knows.

I don't even want to leave one star, but I have no choice. I think Pincanna is a rip off for medical marijuana patients. They do not offer discounts and still charge taxes. They think a free pre roll will make up for it, sorry. It does not, dispensaries give free pre rolls out left and right. If you are a med patient in Kalkaska area go to any other dispensary and you will be treated much better. People have med cards for a reason and are supposed to be taken care of above rec patients no matter what.

Very unimpressed!! If you like mids this is the place for you! They were more concerned with letting me know how cheap things were, instead of asking what I was looking for. These and most other "bud tenders" are a joke!!. I personally don't care what the price is, I went here because they were a medical dispensary, I expect decent medication. Not here!! Just keep telling me that it's $25.01 for an 1/8 out the door.
