"As of June 1, 2023, Sozo Cheboygan is permanently closed. Sozo Cheboygan is transitioning to new ownership, and has closed to allow the new operator to prepare to re-open. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this sudden change may cause. We are so grateful for the loyalty and support of the Cheboygan community and every customer we had the opportunity to get to know. Our Cheboygan location was the first operational Sozo store. It was a privilege to serve northern Michigan over the past years. Good deals, but I don't know if it's worth the bitchyness. I went in said I placed an order and a purple haired girl said all the orders were cancelled it should've been shut off this morning so I went in and cancelled all of them we had like 70 orders!! The way she said it made me wanna slap her back into the customer service world. They had a good staff a while back not sure what's going on now. Horrible customer service. ⚠️⚠️ Went in on 420 they had a dj way too loud you couldn't even talk to the budtender one lady walked out because the staff was actually opening products to let the lady smell each one which was ridiculous!!! They do have a few nice girls there one is Jackie and I'm not sure the other new girls name I was hoping to up my star rating but not today..

Good prices and I only ever have bad experiences with one employee. They always have an attitude and seem very power hungry. Doesn’t wear a name tag, but they have glasses and blonde hair, would try to avoid them to have a good experience here.
