I bought my last juice a few weeks before my birthday and before I left, the manager at juicy’s (in another town) told me to come back into juicy’s within seven days of my birthday for a free 30 mL juice. I stopped in at the Topeka Juicy’s to grab it and was shot down by the manager, Daniel, because I did not come in on my actual birthday. I was not worth their cost of a 30 mL juice. For someone who exists within the business community, this was a horrible decision on their part and a bad business practice. They lost a customer for what probably cost them three dollars. There are plenty of other stores to choose from in Topeka, so I will not be returning to juicy’s, because of their lack of customer care.

Friendly and helpful staff. They showed me how to set up tank the first time and how to prim coils and use everything properly so I don't burn it out prematurely.

We dont actually hate this place. We've come to know the reps on a first name basis and like them alot. The store prices are very high and we now buy our juice online but in an emergency, we stop in there when we need coils.

The only reason I still go here is for Leah. The juice has dropped in choices the staff is unfriendly and knowledgeable is an after thought. The old staff is greatly missed and without Leah I'm sure others would stop going.

Extremely disappointed for the closing of the Emporia shop. The inconvenience of buying online is bs. Im not an online shopper. I have had nothing but excellent service and products from there period! So I'm not complaining about that. Im mad you left!

I can't stand going to any other shop, but Juicy's has done it right.
Great selection built only by products they know and trust and all of the workers are very knowledgeable. They are one of the fastest to get in new products, such as the XCube Ultra which just came out and even calling all the other Vape shops, only one of them even knew what it was but said they didn't have it because it's too new.
There is usually only one or two staff at a time and I would be happier with a few workers that know what they're doing than a bunch of staff who don't know what they're doing so I give them slack when they don't answer the phones when busy with customers.
Great prices on all their products, yes, buying online is cheaper but when you buy from juicys, you get knowledge on the product, any questions answered, a walkthrough of how to use it, and set you off with even more advice of watching videos on YouTube and really learning about the product. They also don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They won't sell you a big expensive triple 18650 mod if you're trying to use it with a small tank, even if it did mean a bigger sale.
Lastly, the shop is always clean, recently redesigned, comfortable atmosphere, and overall just genuine in everything they do.
