Great service. Knowledgeable staff. I'm always greeted with a happy face. If you're new to vaping and nervous about starting up, and where to go, this is the place for you. They can help you find exactly what you're looking for. I haven't met one staff member I didn't like. They've even gone out of their way to fix my mod instead of suggesting I buy a new one. Can't say enough wonderful things about Juicy's.

The employees here are fantastic. Went to buy a new kit for my husband but they didn't have what he wanted. Josh was super helpful in finding one that would work for him. I gave him my list of ridiculous necessities for a mod and he came through with "the one". I won't go anywhere else, and if Josh isn't there then I might just wait for him to return 😂

So far I have not had a bad experience. I really enjoy talking with some of the staff. They're kind friendly and knowledgeable. If I need something made or I'm running low on my usual that I order online they make it work with what they have. Quality and prices are good compared to most in town.

Great customer service. They had a very knowledgeable staff that answered any questions I had and also gave great pros and cons to all of their products. The house juice is actually very good compared to most. Prices are in line if not a little better then any of the other shops in Topeka. I think I will be switching to them from here on out. Thanks guys.

Most unprofessional shop I've ever been to. I walked in ready to spend money on a new tank. Nobody but the guy working the counter was there. He didn't say welcome or I'll be right with you. I liked around, did see really good prices but when after working to the counter he still didn't say a word. Looked around some more and ended up walking out. Not one thing was said to me or even a show of willingness to help. Biggest mistake walking into that shop.

I bring my service dog in with me and I love the assistance I get when I come here. The manager (I can't remember his name) is so welcoming to my dog and it's what keeps me coming back. Thank you guys for having such a friendly atmosphere.

They have excellent customer service. Every time I have gone there I've been treated very well. The only problem I have is that in the 24 milligram nicotine they only have a couple of options as far as flavors. Other than that they have a wide variety of choices and they can also mix something for you if you would like. I would say the best thing that I have experienced is really good customer service. Super friendly super receptive and sometimes I've even called the head and they've mixed my vape juice and had it ready for me by the time I got there. Very cool!

I've been a regular customer of Juicy's since they opened, they boast competitive pricing on coils and best tasting house juice in town. This place is conveniently located and well stocked.

However, depending on the employee, you may leave dissapointed. if you arrive too late (5-10 minutes before the end of their posted hours) don't expect service, some employee's, while polite, can be really dismissive and rude.

Service Note: If your posted hours are on display, Your lights are still on, and your open sign is running with the doors unlocked, you should probably keep your register running too.

All that being said, they're pretty easy to forgive and fun to work with.

Great customer service. Quality juice! I initially came in to pick up a battery charger, unfortunately the one I had wasn't in stock. During my visit I got plenty of insight, and wasn't sold anything I didn't need. Even though they didn't have what I wanted, i decided to buy juice just to show some gratitude for the awesome service. Dakota was able to pick me out a juice I would love, thanks to him learning about my tastes. I won't be shopping for my vape needs anywhere else!!

I finally found a ejuice store in Topeka that blends thier own! If you are tired of spending too much money on refillable coils try a custom blend. Custom blends are lighter and don't gunk up your coil as quick as heavy commercial juices. This alone helped me justify the slighty higher price they charge. The customer service was simple and great. Product pricing was explained. A big display of available flavors. There is a BOGO sale the first of every month on a select size. There is what I call a tester size bottle that replaced tester bar. Open till so you can still get there after work. Open an account and you will be mailed coupons occassionally. It was my first visit, I am sure I wll return.
