couldnt give this one a lower star. costumer service is horrible, but not as bad as their products at least🥴 i bought something and could tell the MANAGER had NO clue what she was talking about and all of her little minions are just crackheads who cant handle the fact that they are scamming people.

Very friendly staff who is willing to help you make a purchase decision. Wide selection of merchandise for now matter how you enjoy your smoking pleasures. The store is always clean and has the wonderful smell of burnt incense. Best place in CR.

I bought a $35 digital scale from here a few days ago and after I got home I turned it on and tared I out. It then began to count up all by itself. it went up as high as .06 grams. I again tared the scale out and it did the same thing.today when I went in the store the same girl that sold me the scale was working so I told her about the scale being bogus and she made no attempt to fix it or give me my money back. When I originally bought the scale they asked me if I wanted to receipt, but I said "no" kind of thinkingthat it was a brand-new scale and everything should work. So why get a receipt? I will probably not show up here again unless they make an attempt to contact me to make things right.

Pretty cool products but I gave them 1 star because as long as they have been open , they should have a actually website and I shouldn't have to go on Facebook to view anything pertaining to this business.

Went in to buy a new nectar collector on my birthday, bought one that was super dope, went to use it later in the day and it didnt hold water, went to take it back and there was a lady in there who looked at me like i was insane then told me the manager wasnt in and would be back the next day, continuing to stare at me like i was an alien, this was my first and only time going here, would not reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place to go and talk to someone with actual knowledge on glass, or anything for that matter.

Come here every once in awhile they have great customer service and huge selection. quality products and a cool wheel you can spin to earn free gifts if you spend over 50.00

Only real complaint was that they don't take credit/debit carda, but last time I went in they were adding it. The kratom selection is good but pricey.

I just get sage from Things and Things, the girl that worked there was really nice. They don't have large bundles of Sage anymore, and a lot less purses and other cute things.
