Every one who is posting rude 1 star reviews are extremely ignorant, impatient and need to look themselves in the mirror 🤣 I’ve been told by staff they are very under staffed. There are sometimes only 3 people at the registers for the population of Bloomington normal that decides to come shop here. They told me they hired 8 more ppl and are in the process of getting them badges. So don’t get your panties in too tight of a wad people it’s gonna get better! There are certain check-out processes that can sometimes take a while. Also- when there’s a line of 15 rec patients and a line of 4 med patients- yeah- they’re gonna get the rec line down first. I’ve been in line and witnessed unpleasant, entitled med patients AND rec patients. GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF PEOPLE!!! Jeez. Do you enjoy being this mean? This is a great place to shop with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love it here and you will too. Don’t stray away due to these ignorant reviews.

They have great product! I love the atmosphere here. When I first arrived I was greeted by very friendly staff. They was able to help with getting me what I needed. When I needed more information and a simple explanation they had all the information I could need. I recommend this place to anyone in the area needing anything.

It’s getting worse and worse for medical folks. I left there crying this time. Rec folks seem to be the priority now. Security will threaten to throw you out if you speak up after 30 minutes of nothing but Rec going threw while medical wait for the one window to be done verse the three for Rec.
I love the product and the staff behind the counter. The new security guy needs to learn he ain’t working in a bar, and the freedom of speech act gives anyone the right to talk.
So I found out it is written in the law that at all times Medical Patients take priority over recreational. (Period).
There is no taking turns and taking Rec people in front of medical patients. It doesn’t matter if the rec line is going out the door if there is medical people they are to be seen first it’s written in law.
Yet Management does nothing when the medical line is is long and only has one window, but the Rec line has three windows.
They say they will address it but never do.
I did send a email… I asked for someone above management to contact me but never heard from anyone. I then sent a follow up email.. still didn’t hear back from anyone. Third time a charm?

Stopped by on my way back to Chicago after a family weekend at Illinois State. The front office staff were very helpful getting me enrolled into their medical patient system. Budtenders were very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Prices were so cheap (relative to Chicago anyway!) that I wound up doubling my order. Definitely give them a look, it was well worth it.

I use to love going to this place staff is pretty nice but lately it's like there are more people taking care of rec then med patients and what's even now is the security guards don't do their job and let customers assault people in the parking lot and refuse to call the police after it happens. Not sure the point of having them there if all they do is play on their phone and fist bump all their buddy's

Nice variety, competitive prices, online ordering, and lots of parking. The only downside is how busy they usually are, it takes some time to get in and out, but everyone is knowledgeable and friendly.

I loved coming here! Such a great selection. Very friendly staff,easy online ordering,the taxes and prices wasn't ridiculous like some places I've been to. I'll be returning every chance I get although I long for a shop where I can walk in and explore all the goodies and see everything and not just order online and pick it up.
