This. Place. Takes. Forever. I was scheduled to pick up from 6:30-7 I show up at 6:30 and I waited for about an hour and then THEY KICKED US ALL OUT 15 MINS BEFORE CLOSE. maybe if you guys didn’t work at snail speed this wouldn’t be an issue. I don’t understand why it take so long to get peoples names, grab their stuff, have them pay and be done. should be a 2 min process but instead each person is standing at a window for 15 mins each time it’s ridiculous. Also they have like 5 or 6 windows and only 2 are ever being used…

The products are good. I use indica gummies for help sleeping. But the prices are ridiculous! We need more competition and less state and local taxes. Thanks to the fools in Springfield.

Hit and miss. Sometimes have good deals. Almost always a long wait. Staff is pleasant however I would ensure they get your online order correct. I was given two items similar to what I ordered but very different. I ordered popcorn and got flower which is a $20 difference. And a 100mg 1 piece edible instead of 4 piece. The devil is in the details.

Excellent management and outstanding conflict resolution! We purchased a product online (for the third time) that had unexpected and unwanted side effects. Then we had questions about the confusing percentages and product data that we read on the packaging (which we were comparing to the previous packaging and to info we found online from the product manufacturer).
None of our problems were the fault of this dispensary, but Cody took the time to investigate the issue and give us clear answers and helpful advice for future purchases of this and other products. He also brought in one of the staff medical consultants to our conversation (who was equally helpful with good advice and recommendations) AND he gave us an above-average discount on our purchase that day. We’re satisfied customers!

First dispensary I've tried. Selection was all done off of menus shown to you on a tablet. No products besides candy bars and other edibles are in the showroom. Taxes made the price nearly 2x higher than what was expected. Employees were friendly and service was relatively quick.
