Visited early last month. Very happy that IL finally has recreational cannabis available! Intake staffer and budtender were both very polite and helpful. Big negative was the jumpy security card who demanded seeing my friends ID (again) after the intake staffer had already checked it, and then following us inside to "see if we'd been helped yet?" Huh? Security needs to stay in their lane and chill out.

I'm from out 9f stage . Back home is rec as well. My experience here was not as nice as it could be . Wait time to shop in store was a bit long . The way it's set up is for on line shoppers to pick up. I sat and waited watching 10 people jump ahead . Selection seems limited but again Michigan is way different. I think the worst part was the security guard, guy is a bit of a jersey in my opinion. Budtender was extremely helpful. Overall good business just needs to work on stream line the process more . Takes way to long to walk in and buy flower .

The rent-a-cop that wears the glasses and the shoulder pads is unnecessarily aggressive to patrons and staff. Also, making disabled customers wait outside in frigid weather is ridiculous especially when the owners make enough money they could add an enclosed hallway for people to wait in. Not an accessible place at all.

I use this place religiously. Yestarday I was looking on the menu and there wasn't a sale and some of my favorites were between 43 and 50. However today with the buy 2 get 1 for a dollar they have upped the prices to 63 for 1/8th. I knew something was fishy and they can count me out. I hate price gauging business. Buy your flower on the street instead of these crooks.

This place is a joke they have you queing up in line outside in the snow 20 degrees / 10 degree wind .Talk about inaccessible to users : editing to respond , more then inconvenient it was downright painful for a chronic illness user to wait in that . Your employees were rude about it . All and all horrible service

Everyone I have dealt with since first opening has been professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Staff was super friendly and as efficient as they could be.

The shop could use a clock on the main floor though.

I read other reviews that said they had issue with the security guard, but I didn't have an issue. The security guard and receptionist were very kind while I was there.

A female member of the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and had a "smart a**" attitude. Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed. Will be going to any location but this one.

A little pricey but awesome bud tenders Morgan went over and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer . Very professional ! Will be back ! Morgan rocks !
