The lady at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!I have anxiety and social anxiety really bad and that was the first time I been there and I was getting ready to have a panic attack and she calmed me down. So to her I thank you sooooo much! Then getting my purchase was a blast everyone is so nice!!!!

Super nice staff. Had a great selection and quality. First time to a shop and i wasnt expecting the quality i recieved. Wish i had more time in town. Will def. Return. Thanks!

This place is better then the location in normal. they handle complaints and issues better. they have had to deal with issues from the normal location because the normal location didn’t want to do anything to resolve issues that they made. great atmosphere and friendly staff!

Very helpful folk working there.I was having a heck of a time, trying to sign up for point's program and the a young girl with half blue hair,which was totally awesome,helped me, Always friendly workers,helpful, great sense of humor's.

Went in to this establishment for the first time yesterday, tender seemed nice, talked alot. But when I got home after a long process of having another worker come and examine every product before putting it in my bag. Seemed weird. Then I get home and 2 of the 3 flowers strains they gave me were incorrect from what I had ordered. And they sold me cbd saying it was thc in a syrup. I called back saying that they made my order incorrectly and stated I could not make another purchase within the same day. They also said I would get a credit for the item. So I called the next day hoping to sort it out. They backtracked and said I would only be getting a discount... considering I spent more then 500 dollars at their store I would assume they would be more then happy to help out a customer, especiallywhen your tax is an extra 110 dollars. But instead I am still waiting on a response from their team. If you are looking for a friendly shop with people who care and are diligent in there work, this is not the place. Seems more big business then from the heart like how cannabis should be. These are not humble beginnings for IL.

The staff members at Beyond/Hello are very friendly and helpful. My shopping experience was extremely pleasant and their products are top shelf.
