Beyond / Hello Bloomington Cannabis Dispensary

When they first moved in, everyone working was super nice and helpful. As of late, every time I go, the employees are actually rude to me. I get not needing to be friendly all the time. I could never be happy with customers 24/7. But getting a straight up attitude from a dispensary employee for not understanding what he said in a loud, busy building? Really strange and super uncomfortable. The Beyond / Hello facility in Normal is much kinder. Everyone there has always been super helpful, knowledgeable, and actually seem excited when you ask them for help. I've had staff go out of their way to provide me resources for info without me even asking. Management must be nicer over there or something. Either way, I recommend the Normal facility over this one any day if you're looking for actual help in your marijuana journey.

Staff WAS extremely friendly and helpful! However it was just weird to "shop" from a tablet screen. I expected to be able to browse the products in person. You also can't view products before you purchase them.

I've been to this location I believe 4 times. Unfortunately 2 of those visits weren't pleasant. VERY rude and unprofessional behavior at the register, yesterday. I strongly suspect that 1 or 2 individuals are responsible for most of the negative reviews I've seen. It's a shame because they have a few products that I particularly like, but I refuse to be treated like that when plunking down my cash. I guess I'll try the other location next time... but honestly, it's just as easy for me to visit Ascend or Sunnyside, who both seem to be cleaner, better lit, better maintained and have WAY more professional acting staff. 100% Won't be going back to the location on Veterans.

This was such a great experience at this store! The employees were friendly and helpful with any and all questions that we had. They had lots of choices available there too. You can also make your order online prior to arriving at the store, or you can shop in store if you'd prefer to do that instead. The store is clean and organized. The overall experience was awesome and they did a great job!

This is a friendly, pleasant location. Staff are friendly. However, I lament the fact that regulations limit purchases to no more than 500 mg a day (half that if out of state), and that Illinois taxes are worse compared to Michigan. Also, I find the Michigan gummies to be more pleasant and better tasting compared to Illinois gummies, which tastes more awkward.

Always friendly staff make checking out a breeze. Especially if you're a more quiet/reserved person like me. 🥰

Always love this place. Security is super sweet and everyone who works there has such an upbeat attitude. The vibe is professional but not stuffy.

If your other location is closed and your online ordering shuts off an hour early why does your staff tell me over the phone they will only take online orders and then never pick up the phone again!!

What an absolute joke of an establishment!!

Other locatipn closed 2 hours early, did not list online, completely wasted my time.

This location although open told me 40 minutes before close they would only do online orders.

Online order system refused to let me checkout and they won't answer their phones.

Garbage, don't shop here!!!

I’m giving 3 stars because every other experience I’ve had here has been amazing, lovely staff and have always been very welcoming and kind. So it does make me sad to say this, I usually love this dispensary compared to the other in town. But after my experience today, it may be my last time coming in. Extremely rude budtender, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Made me feel so unwelcome. I walked in knowing what I wanted, I asked the man at the check in desk if it was okay to come in since it was nearing 7:30, but he had said it was okay and let me in. When I got to the counter, the man working there was extremely annoyed to need to help me, he was pretty aggressive with the supplies behind the counter while putting my order into a bag. Very short with asking me questions about payment and handing my ID back. I understand nearing the end of the night wanting to go home after working all day, however I did come in asking if it was still okay to purchase since I knew they closed at 8pm. Not a good experience this time around.
