Went in after having problems with a vape I bought 2 weeks before, woman previously told me they would offer me 25% off another vape went in couple days later and the “Regional manager” was super rude and disrespectful. Won’t be going back ever again or patronizing their business. Vape store next to pizza pie cafe is much better awesome customer service and beats the vaping outlet prices by far.

The Yellowstone one was a difficult experience. Came off rude, couldn't answer my questions even claiming being knowledgable on the subject and what I did get didn't really work the best and definitely not worth the price. Had better luck at the Halliday location though! The guy there was friendly and helpful!

I personally recommend Evaporated Technologies, in Pocatello. They won't confuse you, or see only $$ signs, if/when you walk through their door. The Vaping Outlet, used to have some good people that worked there, a couple of years ago. Depending on the clerk, you'll get different prices, on certain items. Good luck, & take care👋

Im not sure who the girl working there today is but she's terrible. I needed a replacement glass for my tank, i had purchased one here before. But when i can in the employee did not acknowledge me i had to say excuse me to get her to stop reading a magaize and she still did not want to help me. When i asked for my glass she said i dunno, pointed to them in the case she said i dunno, when i asked if it would fit she said i dunno when i askes if there was someone that would know she could call she said no when i asked if i could see it to compare she said no when i asked if i could but it and return it if it didn't fit she said no. I don't know if all the employees are like that here or if its just her but either way i recomend find somewhere else to support
