I have never recieved more incompetent service than i did by the employee working. Young brunette female couldnt answer any of my questions and didn't know much more than their greeting. When i asked about a product the answer i recieved was "i dont know" followed by "i dont know" for every other question i asked. Their CBD was extremely over priced and when I was sold a defective charger and tried to return the next day, the same employee told me they wouldnt replace it and wouldnt do anything for me. If i wasnt there to buy i had no need to be in there( not verbatim) but that was the overall point. Juices seemed old and not very well kept. Also a group of young people swearing making inappropriate comments and eating on their couch. Messy and unorganized. Will not be returning due to low product, terrible service, and the fact that they dont stand by their product. This is at the location by taco bell.

Went in to this store today on a friends request. Purchased a more expensive vape, and the desk help was great. In fact, I forgot my receipt and the gentleman who helped me ran it out to the parking lot to me. He told me I would want to have it in case there was anything wrong with it, as they have a return policy. Turns out the vape i bought has a defective screen. I stopped back by thinking it would be a painless exchange, and I would soon be on my way. This was not the case. The desk gal said the person authorized to do that is not here, and I would need to leave the vape there till Monday. Wanting to use my new vape over the weekend, I asked if there was anything they could do to take care of me. She called the owner of the store, who apparently told her to put me off till Monday basically. I do not see why the owner of this store would want to make this transaction more difficult than it already was. I would rate the desk help at 5 stars. The owners inability to stand behind the return policy that is posted on their desk is asinine. I hope that he/she may read this, and understand that I feel that I completely wasted a few hundred dollars in your store today. I will not tell you how to run your business, but I will tell you that your customer service (not the desk help) is a complete joke.
