The peeps at BIG have always been so good to deal with. Even if itβs running in for a quick visit. Explaining everything very well to a noob like me to all the new ways to medicate. Update: Really rude employee there. Didnβt even catch her name. She was snapping at us before we even made it onto the sidewalk to put a mask on. First, we were 20 feet away. Second, we hadnβt even indicated we were planning to enter the store, so there was absolutely no threat to their βpatientsβ inside the store, as we were nowhere near the business. Nobody was in danger, as not a single person was around us, and we were outside. I am not trying to rip on the business itself, only the way one of their employees treated potential customers.
