Love this dispensary. The staff is beyond awesome and extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing Bobbi, Gabby and Chloe when I have questions on their newest strains. Bobbi recommend the topical cream for my sciatica issues and itβs the actual first cream that has truly worked for me. I would highly recommend it. Bravo π Bobbi for the recommendation. Itβs working wonders for my sciatica.

Customer service is amazing at the Kona location. The staff is very knowledgeable and are always able to answer questions! Bobbie was extremely helpful when I had an issue with a product and was able to help me get everything I needed to be on the right track! Anthony knows my name when I walk in the door ( Iβve only been a handful of times). All in all a very great dispensary with amazing employees!

The staff is casual enough to put you at ease but they maintain a high level of professionalism. They know their product, prices, and deals without hesitation. The recycling program for the used containers is amazing. Who doesn't love points!? The selection is not overwhelming but its better than the competitors. Big Island Grown always has sales going on! Love this place.
