"The area's oldest tobacconist now carries a full line of vape supplies in addition to all the other hip & unique smoke shop items they've been known for these past 25+ years here in Athens. We still have a large walk-in humidor well stocked with great prices, too. Hookahs and all accessories! Great items to decorate your home space, great selection of incense and essential oils as well. And now, we're your headquarters for Kratom and CBD! Great selection and prices!"

The staff at this location are extremely helpful and friendly. I'm able to run in grab new cartridges for my Novo 2 and juice quickly. They also have a selection of tobacco that other locations simply don't carry. Keep up the good work!

Won't say the price of a carton over the phone... didn't care that this will loose them the sale.
Btw- this is after I had to call them 3 times successfully to answer even answer my call.

A Very Nice And Friendly Place With A Superb Invatory. The Staff Is Very Helpful. The Experience Is Second To None. If You Ever Get A Chance To Visit This Establishment Do Not Think Twice. You Will Not Be Disappointed.

The selection of juice at this store is bisimal compared to many others in the area and they have a no exceptions no return policy that is outrageous. I requested coils for my pod while handing them the pod and mod and they sold me coils that would not work for my set up and would not return or exchange them. Even though it was their mess up, they told me tough luck. I left them with the unusable product and went to Greenlight Cape and got all I needed and had an amazing variety.

People that work here don't have any knowledge of what they're selling. They can promote one singular product and if you ask them to explain another, they will pass you off to another staff member, who also won't explain the product and will direct you back to the product his predecessor recommended moments before. Left with what they recommended, threw up profusely and have since found out that is a normal reaction to that product... Won't go back here for CBD products.

Why can't I give this place 0 stars? The customer service I received was terrible. The "sales person" literally cut me off after I was trying to explain to him what exactly I was looking for and what I needed. He told me he really didn't need to hear "all of that"! RUDE RUDE RUDE! As I was walking out the store, the guy behind the counter began to laugh. I felt that I was discriminated against just like the other young adults (and AA people) said in their comments. I thought the whole part of customer service was to service the customer. Just know I will NEVER be back and I WILL spread the word! Besides, if I had to sell e-ciggs all day for minimum wage I would probably be mad too. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Poor customer service, to say the LEAST. The OWNER, who by his attitude and demeanor, I couldn't believe actually owned the establishment... is extremely and regularly rude. Even to his regulars. His staff, I've watched, over 10 years come and go like seasons. So, I can assume it's not a pleasant place to work, either.
I won't even go here anymore because the very atmosphere in the shop is unsettling.

Staff can be frustrating but they have a huge selection. Do your research before you go in so you know which mod you want. Also have a huge selection of juices from all the big name brands. Would be 5 stars if my presence didn't feel like I was inconveniencing the 2 guys working there nevertheless this will still be my shop for juices and tank parts.

This place has a great selection of glassware, vapes, etc. I visit the store about once every three months. I have spent hundreds of dollars here. Then, why one star? I have constantly been discriminated and harassed by the employees. I've been followed and watched. I've been made to feel unwelcome. As if I stumbled into the wrong place. I've encountered passive aggressive comments and gestures. Its about 90% of the time, by different employees. After my last visit which actually had me leaving the store regretting that I gave them my money. I decided to write my first online review, just as a warning to others. If you're a person of color, find a better option.
