My experience was incredible. The staff at the Lotus Vape and smoke shop are very educated on their products. From the outside the store looks small but once I stepped inside I was overwhelmed with joy at all the variety of items and products, very organized and neat, definitely a great shop to check out. First time shopping at this store, i’m not sure if she was having a bad day but it was probably some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Moody, condescending, and didn’t seem to care. I was prepared to drop some serious money & try a few new products. I may give it one more shot.

This is by far one of the best smoke shops I had ever been to. Their glass collection was so amazing it was unbelievable! Guys in there were very helpful with me and even introduced me to CBD oil which I've been using to help me sleep through the night and has also helped me with my horrible back pain. Definitely will be visiting again soon thank you guys!

I stopped going to this place because the girls are always moody. If it's not one it's the other, their prices are higher then everyone else and the excuse is Trump tariffs. I don't hear this any where else so it must not be the truth. They need a male balance.
