Bought something a few weeks ago and it was $15.99 came back for the same thing and they up the price to $19.99.

went in looking for a Puffco peak. The salesman quickly pointed us towards the pro, the $100 upgraded model. She stated the blutooth feature for her recomendation to the highest price model. She neglegted to tell me the bluu tooth feature works POORLY, if you can even get it all downloaded. I eventually gave up on the blue tooth /pairing thing and used just like the cheaper model for a day. then it quit getting hot. The associate there today said anything used is FULLY non refundable and directed my to the puffco website, where i got NOTHING. Unfortunately, im filing a dispute for the charges w my provider,,,,,,,,,,IF YOU CARE ABOUT VALUE, OR YOUR MONEY........DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!! Signed, philip

As far as a business they've taken more precautions to stay open than any other shop I've seen including restaurants and other retail shops. Staff is insanely helpful, knowledgeable, and above all kind. I recommend to any and all folks looking for their first item or to add to their collection. Eclectic glassware with amazing quality.
