I had an issue with a product that was not my fault nor was it that of the shop. Just sort of a weird design issue with the product. Spoke with Ruby about it and, despite he ability for her to easily refuse a return or exchange, she sympathized with my situation, put my needs first, and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. She even gave me a more expensive product because she was out of stock on the original. This is a quality that I believe sets this store apart from the rest I have visited where people just don’t seem to care. Highly recommend this place to others and I will definitely be going back.

Cassie is a gem! I was in a few days ago and I cant stop thinking about the beautiful water pipe I got. I'll definitely be coming here from now on. I'm originally from a non legal state, and Cassie was so knowledgeable and friendly. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and charming. Completely unlike any other smoke shop I've been to. They even sell Kratom and CBD, which Cassie was even able to answer all my questions and more on, not just smoke products. I'm so excited to finally have found a shop I feel comfortable going into. I even feel comfortable bringing my mom in here when she visits. It has a very welcoming boutique vibe, and if the rest of the staff is like Cassie, then I'd say this shop is perfect!

The smoke shop is really nice and they have cool pieces and mystery bags and I enjoy coming in here, but there is an employee with pink hair, don’t know her name, and she’s just so rude. She seems annoyed each time I come in, like if we are a bother and only gets happy when I buy a piece. Last time I went in I brought a new potential customer, (one of my friends) and it was the second day in a row I been there and she just weirdly looked at us and said “your back…” like if she was bothered and my friend was just like I never been here? I really tried to like this place and want to like it but w the rudeness I guess I won’t be back if it’s such a bother .
