Just went in for my first time ever and the people were so nice! And the security guard was kinda hot! ( just saying) they have a great selection and are very willing to educate you on the products.

Went there for the first time today. Just moved up here from Florida and I'm used to 21% or higher the levels the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back. Amazing atmosphere, people and prices

I like this place for the most part but they REALLY REALLY need to quit switching strains from one shelf to another randomly for no reason. I bought an OZ of 9 lb hammer for $117 as a" Select" strain last week then came back this week and it was $220 an Oz for the same exact strain/quality and now they have it as top shelf. Happens all the time here. One week I feel like I get a good deal and the next week I feel like I get the shaft. No consistency on pricing at all but otherwise not a bad joint.

Purchased 4 cartridges on Sundays the 3rd. After using the first 3 over the week it was time to open the 4th one. But it was defective. Tried it on 2 different batteries to be sure. On the 8th I called the store. The women who answered said to bring it back and it would be replaced. I live over an hour away and only drive through that town once a week to visit family. I was reassured this wasn't a problem. Today the 10th the manager told me he would not replace it cause it was store policy. So I didn't purchase 4 more as planned and left. I shouldn't have to check all of the cartridges before leaving the store to make sure they all work. The store should back up their goods. Secondly if this is the policy the owner needs to re-educate it's bud-tenders since they apparently do not know the policy and reassured me it would be ok. I wasted time and gas to come back here to be turned away. My money will now be going to a different store. Very disappointed.

It was an absolute great experience. The staff are friendly and the tenders talk you over what they have in stock and have pretty good recommendations. Keep it up guys

Went on 4/20 and got their special bag (horrible compared to last year, don't bother showing up early next year). It contained a tiny shirt with the natures herbs logo on it... I can't wear a basically child sized shirt and I'm damn sure not giving it to my kid for obvious reasons.

I called to see if they would exchange the shirt for an adult size and they said they would just come on down. I arrived and was told that although they did tell me that over the phone it wasn't true and they wouldn't exchange it. The reason I called was to verify they would, and they said they would, to not waste an hour of my time. So I was a little shocked they wouldn't do it even knowing that the employee told me they would do it over the phone.

They sell shirts there for $1 if you spend over $20. A single dollar. I've spent thousands here and even several hundred just yesterday and they were not willing to exchange a still brand new shirt that they value at $1. If me shopping there isn't worth $1 to them then I won't be back. Green Stop has way better concentrates anyway.

The most ridiculous part is the reason I wanted the shirt in the first place was so I could wear it which is free advertising for then. This wouldn't even be an issue at all if they had just told me they wouldn't exchange over the phone. I wouldn't be happy about it but whatever. They should honor what they tell you.

Excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hella good deals. Very impressed.

Asia S.was my original bystander and it's always good to work with her.Hunter D. is good,but Asia is prettier to look at,haaa,haaa!

Great experience from beginning n g to end . Never a long wait time ,bud tenders have great customer service and are familiar with all products ,bud tenders are super helpful if im not sure what im looking for ,bud tenders make sure i leave happy.
