I USED to shop here,,in fact me and my husband and his MEDICAL SERVCE DOG sonya has shopped there for years until yesterday when the security gaurd at the door demanded SOnyas paperwork.
SHE IS A MEDICAL SERVICE DOG and it is AGAINST THE LAW to ask for documentation according to the ADA and the Department of CIVIL RIGHTS. It is actually a criminal offesn to deny service of a MEDICAL SERVICE DOG.
According to the ADA only two questions can be asked
1 is it a service dog
2 what kind of service dogs the dog rovide,
WE WER REFUSED SERVICE BECUSE MY HUSBAND DID NTO HAVE PAPEROWKR,,,ge does not even need to wear a service vest but we do to stop trouble like this,
we filed a report with the marshall there who was very nice and agreed that the laws are clear and they cannot treat us like this,
i will be hearing back from our lawyer,,BEST ANIMAL LAWYER in the state,,,and i will be filing with the ADA and the Departent of Civil Rights for this blanatant HATE CRIME!
