My bud tender recommended Kryptonite and I was not disappointed. Excellent strain. By far the best dispensary in town after making a few rounds. Always friendly smiling faces. The daily specials are fantastic as well as the love for vets.

Well, my first review is not showing! Here is the original post:
Unprofessional sales persons. 2 teenages looking for ripping off people. Bought a product that contains much less quantity than labeled and cannot get even exchanged. Make up excuses for not exchange or refund. Don't trust this shop!!
Google never informed me why my review was not showing up, so I have to post again, plus updates.
Update:
I just received a email from the management. Obviously they feel nothing wrong with the way they do business. He said it's the law that once you paid them, no return or exchange as soon as you are out of the building, and their building doesn't include the parking lot.
So good luck guys! Now you know what you are buying into. They can sell you empty bottle, poison or sewage scum and still get away from it because it's "the law". I am not sure who's running that business, maybe they do love their products too much and thinking their customers are nothing compared to their "precious".
Am I having a personal grunge against this business? Well, I never gave a 1 star review to a business in my life until this. And I don't really care about the money I wasted. What I am angry about is the way they do business, and the lie they told me, both from the sales and the management. If you ever know a law in Colorado says this kind of product cannot be returned or exchanged once you are out of the building. Please tell me here and give me the link or quote. I will retract the whole review and apologize. But until then, I will keep my review up here for all to see.

I like your deals and employees are always nice except for tonight. I needed to exchange a vape cartridge that didn't work. Instead fat white guy with glasses said no and told me it was the battery. Fat guy makes me buy new battery. And cartridge still doesn't work. Won't exchange even though other nicer employees explained to me that they would be more than willing to exchange it in person and on the phone. This guy shouldn't be working there wasting people's time and money on things he has no business trying to fix. Every one I've dealt with in the past exchanges them with no questions or concerns. I will be back tomorrow morning and I will expect a refund for my "extra" battery and my replacement cartridge.

My friend is a disabled veteran on a limited budget. This is the only place he ask me to go for his medicine. The following words are his.
Not one complaint since becoming a customer until 9/11/2020, Batch #F1-BFOG-081720 and Batch #F3-MC-081720. Black Fire OG was sub par and the Mandarin Cookie was premature. Since this was the first time I've ever gotten a sub par product I let it go.
Fast forward to 9/23/2020, asked friend to pick up medicine for me. Batch #F3-JW-081820. Jabberwocky small buds. I have gotten Jabberwocky from your establishment several times and was always satisfied. What my friend brought back was an insult. Premature no smell and nowhere near the potency it states.
Hope the owner and management read this and correct the issue, there is no reason to treat loyal repeat customers this way. Allowing a sub par product to be sold to the public is not a wise business model and let's others know that whomever is in charge of quality control is asleep at the wheel.
If this happens again I will take my business and recommendation to others somewhere else. Very disappointed that a five star establishment has treated there customers in this manner.

Getting more then frustrated with the lack of products available for purchase for medical patients. This site is able to offer medical product based on ours and others plant count being turned over to them yet the medical side is treated as second in every way. Many times there is no selection at all, seeds in much of our purchases, and zero concentrated for our burners of any kind. Booooo 😣
As an update, this happened again today, no concentrates of any kind for medical patients. If your response below has any weight then I would think you might want to impress your local and daily clientele not run the rest of us off!!!! Seeking alternative business to work with!!!
1/20/2021 update. I was guilted and bullied in to removing my recent review from FB concerning uncured, unsmokable, seedy product once again. They have shut down all medical services and only offer recreational now. They have offered replacement product, that is not the issue here. Honest reviews are invaluable to those of us who care to work with honest and quality businesses!!
