Best shop in Cortez. Great selection, phenomenal pricing and the best bud tenders. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. Absolute BEST pricing without the lack of quality.

Mountain Annie's is an awesome little place. They have great prices and TL is super personable and knowledgeable. Decent selection for a smaller dispensary. Would 10/10 visit again.

Hesitant to come to a small shop like this but I was not disappointed. I’m traveling from Cali, & this was a great stop. Great prices. Super friendly and professional. He has a dog, that was cute to see when you walk in. I will hit this store up if I’m ever back in the state

I started going to medicine man about 3 years ago after researching CBD on line. Never knew about THAT SIDE of the product. I suffer from arthritis in a major way, over 25 years & was looking for answers. The bud tender was very knowledgeable about what I was asking & she was helpful with what i was looking for. I felt at ease & not pressured into anything. Took the topical home & tried it for the first time that evening. I am happy to say that the product basically saved my life. No longer walk with a cane & have tried other products to help with pain & other issues. Last year I tried 2 other stores & was meant to feel awful so I left both places without purchases. Yeah I've had less then excellent help one other time here but I knew what I wanted & the prices are the best. I'm returning this weekend to resupply. Never going any where else. You ALL have great customer service & I've always been helped with my questions. Good owners hire good people. Love this place & have my business for a long time in the future. Thanks,, you guys really helped me deal with my disease.

Big store with lots of variety. We asked about edibles for sleep and they presented many options not given elsewhere and gave much needed information and advice so we could decide of the best combination of THC and CBD. He even suggested another alternative at another store. They had a sale on a few products which is unusual outside of happy hours. Even their regular prices were good. Parking is on street but we didn't have a problem. Highly recommend this place.

I asked for and was shown first matter Mandarin Runtz terp crystals. I was only curious because of the Runtz since I had tried this brand before and not enjoyed it. The bud tender was super nice and told me she could definitely do that. I also bought a half ounce for $135. So I spent a decent penny. When I get home my receipt said Star Dawg. I open up the bag and peel the mountain Annie’s label off to reveal the original packaging. I was given Dosi Doh labeled as star dawg when I asked for mandarin Runtz. I called the store and explained what happened and also that I didn’t want to smoke this Dosi Doh because I had tried it before and it was harsh with the taste of additives. I was told the best that could be done is a 20% off coupon. I spent $170 in the store and $41 just on the terp crystals. I even tipped the bud tender $10. And I am a frequent customer here so I have definitely spent thousands with them. The manager was rude and definitely not as friendly and kind as the bud tender. I’ve worked management for the last 11 years, not even starting out would I treat a customer the way I was treated by this manager. The least that could’ve been done was a credit in the amount spent and an apology which I didn’t even get. Hopefully corporate can help me resolve this.

Stopped here three times in three days and was helped by a different person each day. They were all phenomenal and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, and they saved me money too. I'm a tourist too, and I still received excellent service. This shop is exactly what you're looking for in a homegrown dispensary. They'll make sure you get what you need.

Was passing through for just the night and needed something to help me sleep. I asked for a pre rolled (since I didn't want to bring any passed state lines) and the girl pushed a some with distilate and hash, of which I declined. I just wanted normal indica flower, however I ended up with a hemp delta 8 product with a hash and distilate mixed in to hide it. It tastes terrible and wasn't what I wanted. I felt ripped off by the ol' bait n switch move. She even got slick and showed me the 'indica' on the label, but put something else in a stapled bag.
Not a good business practice. I get now why there was a full waiting room of people at the dispensory down the street, but mountain Annes was empty.

All my product bought was on point. Only reason why I'm giving 2 star is because idk who his name is but he's the only white dude with spiked combed hair there at the time but anyways he rushed my fiance and i after we only spent 2 min with him. Won't be coming back for awhile as i feel like I'm not welcomed. Forgot to mention didn't even greet us. No humor here yo. Chronic therapy will always be my #1 ;)

I think that this dispensary is one of the best in Cortez. The prices are really reasonable and the staff is super friendly and informative. I absolutely love the Native American paintings in this shop, it really shows the respect they have for the local culture.
