Me and my wife have literally spent 1000's of dollars here in the past year. We stop every month when we come through. Today I go in and the guy at the counter recognizes me and takes my DL but wont let me back because it was just issued 4 days ago (still paper).
I understand they have to adhere to a specific policy but when your recognized and they know your name... Really?
They will not be getting any more of my business and I will convey their actions towards a regular customer today, to several other people I know that live around here and visit this shop frequently.

My favorite dispensary in Colorado. Eagle-Vail, is the best. Every dispensary in Colorado charges too much for good quality... The “lower shelf” stuff, is good quality for a good price. Everything else is amazing.

They always have great prices for edibles and flower. The bud tenders there are efficient and personable. They also have a rewards system that is based on how often you come in. Check out their ads in the Vail daily to see their specials :)

Great prices, great smoke. You can shop around at some of the places like I have and there are OZs at those places for 150 160 and 175 but here you can not only get the good prices whether you are a local or from out of town. They typically have and OZ for example at 120 out the door on really good strains. Great selection friendly people. When people come to visit, this is where I usually bring them.

Oh man, best cannabis experience to date (and I'm from Colorado and live in Portland, Oregon!) I brought my mom in to see if we could find something to help her with her stress levels. The guy that checked our ID's was really friendly and it took us maybe 30 seconds. Once we got to the back room, we were immediately greeted by a very bubbly and friendly young woman. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and we ere in and out of there within probably 10 minutes in total, after buying several edibles and some oils. Not only did the entire exchange go smoothly and quickly, but I paid FAR less than what I would've paid at pretty much any cannabis shop that I've been to before within both Colorado and Oregon. Everything I bought was on sale, and that's without utilizing their frequent flyer program! If I lived in the area I would be absolutely!
Thank you guys, again, for such a wonderful first-time experience for my mom! ❤

The staff was awesome the selection of apparel trinkets and accessories was like a Disney store for cannibas lol and the nuggets are otherworldly if its your first trip in the area I "highly" recommend this place

I am from out of state and visited 3 dispensaries while in Colorado. One was in Denver and the other 2 were in Avon near Vail. Rocky Road was the last one i visited and It was fantastic. I was greeted with a smile by the sweet girl in the front who directed me on where to go. They have attire and other fun things to buy as well as herb. When i entered the herb shop i was very impressed. they have seats and people to help you one on one. I was helped by LJ. He was very informative and easy to talk too. He knew what he was talking about so i trusted his advice on what to buy. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you LJ for listening to me and knowing exactly what I needed. I will def. be recommending this place to all that visit!
