Great dispensary! Bud tenders are knowledgeable and very friendly. They offer a wide variety of products and we thoroughly enjoyed them. They also offer a cool selection of apparel. Highly recommend (pun intended)!

This is such a shady dispensary. I purchased an e-rig for $300. When the front lady whose name is Casey advertised it to me she said that if it is not working properly within the first 7 days to bring it back for an exchange. Well, when trying it for the very first time a stench of burning metal exuded from the rig, it was completely unusable. I brought it back in the next morning to have it replaced and the manager said there was nothing they could do and to contact the manufacturer. Casey, who lied to me basically to sell the product was right next to the manager, and they both seemed to care less. Goes to show you how much they care about training their staff to advertise the products they sell, honestly.

This dispensary is really nice and they have a lot to provide. It seems like they have a lot more apparel than weed it self but I also didn’t spend as much time as I would have liked to. I do plan on going back again so that I can take a look at everything. I highly recommend this dispensary if you’re in the area.

The best prices I have ever seen for cannabis in this area. The staff are polite, quick with a joke, and capable. While you may initially overlook this dispensary in favor of its flashy neighboring dispensaries, I encourage you to check out Rocky Road. The aesthetics are less intricate than other dispensaries in the area, but the service, quality of bud, and pricing are second to none! If you are a regular at any other cannabis shop in the area and have not tried Rocky Road then you are doing yourself a disservice. If you are visiting I would recommend this shop if you want fair pricing as most other dispensaries in this area charge a ridiculously marked up price. 10/10 I will be returning frequently.

I’ll give ya one star because you guys were nice to my dog and gave him treats but overall was a pretty frustrating experience. I’ve had bad luck with cartridges in the past(leaking, breaking etc.) but the bud tender assured me that if I had any issues with the carts I could bring them back within a week and they would try to fix them. Bought 2 of them, one of them didn’t work and the other did. Brought the faulty one back THE NEXT DAY with my receipt and they put a battery on it and said “I can hear it burning when I press the button, so theirs nothing we can do, it must be your battery, you can buy one of ours for $15.” Even Though I explained that the other cart worked on my battery and so do all the other carts I have. Obviously it’s not the battery, wasted my time and money

Interesting selection, but one employee was very standoffish and rude. High security, which I admire, but wish the employees were less cheeky about all that. Just because someone looks young doesn't mean you have to be rude to them. Taking my business elsewhere.

After experiencing outrageous prices and half-baked (cheesy I know) customer service at another dispensary in Avon, I have to say coming to Rocky Road was a breath of fresh air. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the product is fairly priced. Thank you Rocky Road for blowing my experience out of the water!
