We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

Staff is good, weed second or third rate. over priced for quality!! Stems included, chemical induced quick growth, indoor unnatural, no flavor or taste. all the selections are the same, except the price. sorry guys, commercial, chemically grown, without the giver of life, SUN. also, the extra packaging is, well unnecessary and disrespectful, darn guys, got to say, AMF & not just your location, all of them ! do some good guys, & get back to the garden, love ya all,

The only dispensary in town and one of my all time favorites anywhere. The staff are very helpful and kind. They have a spaceous lounge area featuring some awesome paintings and a great view of Heavenly Mountain. My favorite aspect is their dab bar. They will press and heat rosin and hash and turn it into fine dab.

This is a small shop - not easy to spot. I was a bit disappointed, until I opened the door and approached the front desk.
They only accept cash. That's the one downside. Fortunately the CVS pharmacy, across the parking lot, has an ATM.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. This store, unlike any in Berkeley or Oakland, has a chillout / lounge area (decorated and equipped like any private home), where you are encouraged to stay and enjoy some of what you bought. This is more like visiting a friend and hanging out, than just going out and scoring an eighth.
The product selection is not overwhelming- but it's quality stuff and they know it well. The prices are the same as any dispensary that I've been to.
I can only wonder what anybody who had a problem there did wrong. The receptionist just asked for my California ID, and green card, logged me in, had me electronically sign a release, and showed me into the sales area.
I'm definitely going back, whenever I'm in town.

Charlie made my first shopping experience amazing, helped me find some medicine for inflammation and sleep. Kiva Petra mints helped with sleep, and the tincture he provided helped with my inflammation of my ankle after jogging!
