We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good than harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis."

After coming back a year later to this shop, dramatic improvement. Prices listed accurately reflect the cost, which was horribly askew last year with all the taxes in Tahoe. While waiting in a long line on a hot day, staff grabbed juice for the patrons waiting.
The product was good as well as the selection. The lobby remodel is nice as well. They've come a long way in the last year, and all for the better. Great job š

Honestly the best spot in town. I love to pickup concentrate from here due to the huge selection and varying consistencies/brands they carry. Prices are great, and they have many different things for different budgets. Definitely worth dropping in!
