There’s only one thing you need to look for in a dispensary. Trust. From the instant you enter to the moment you step out the staff will treat you as a guest. Always friendly, knowledgeable and timely. In the waiting room you’ll usually find local art or cannabis related literature so there’s always something to view or read while you wait. The staff does an excellent job of managing their private show room so that it’s never overcrowded. The products that they offer are always amazing quality at an unbeatable price. New management isn’t so friendly, definitely lost a costumer. Been going here for years and loved it here. Went thru the drive thru and was told I was not able to purchase because my newborn was in the backseat! (No one under 21 is allow to be in car if you go thru drive thru) which is understandable but come on it’s a baby! Just go to sundial and get better costumer service

Staff isn't the most polite. I don't go in often and now I remember why. This is the 3rd time in a row that I've been there and the customers who came in after me got helped first. No one up front to know who is in order or even there. Some people just walk in the back. So when I copied them, I'm told I need to wait. Even though I was already there waiting before those people. Definitely will never waste my time with this place ever again!
