When I visit Leave it to Nature my experience is always awesome. The employees are always friendly , especially Sara . If she is behind the front desk or in the back ,she always displays professionalism, and the knowledge to help me make the most of my purchases. Absolutely love the staff....always feel welcome....like family at times! Some of the staff has a little dificulty engaging with customers like myself who tend to be very intense. However.....will continue to drive all the way from Chico Ca for my purchases for they are far more than goods I get when visit g them. Thank you!!!

Went in to buy plants and they sold me clones with powder mildew and thrips, they won't let you see the clones until after you buy them so I had no clue they were infested until I took 1 step out the door. So I turned around and asked for a refund, they told me they can't give me cash back but I can have store credit, well that's definitely irritating but I said ok that's better than infested plants. So anyways I used about $60 worth of my store credit on an 8th and left, came back a week later to use the remaining $40+ dollars and was told I have no credit at all, I talked to 2 workers that did the refund and was told that they got in trouble for doing the return and they can't help me but I can buy something if I want! Who the hell do they think they are? Are they clueless of small claims court? Well get ready to pay my lawyer fees, time I take off work, childcare etc..

I love how helpful everyone is at leave it to nature. By far the most helpful and knowledgeable collective I’ve been to. Sara Reynold is so sweet and so helpful. She knows so much about her job and is awesome with customer service. I come to leave it to nature over every other collective because of how helpful and awesome Sara Reynolds is as well as the rest of the staff!!! Leave it to nature is awesome!!!

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I had an issue with a product, not the business, and they checked it out, fixed me up with the right stuff and had me out the door in no time. Did I mention how friendly and nice they are????? 😀
