I really enjoy coming here to look at their selection. Has always had great customer service when I go. Usually am here for 20 minutes and never feel rushed. Great smoke shop.

Suuuper Friendly. Other shops close early and advertise as open. This was shop number 3 that I had called and he ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE AAAAAND they have wardrobe. I will go back

Bought a Pax 2 vape ($17O approx) for a friend at around 11:30am.
Then ran some errands.
At 1pm I was informed that my friend already had one.
I drove back to the store, and at 1:30pm I was in the store to return it. The item was unopened, obviously, and I had the receipt.
The employee behind the counter recognized me from 2 hours before. But she pointed to a sign that said something like "all sales final."
I hadn't seen the sign, nor was that blurb on the receipt.
I explained to her what had happened. She said she understood and said that if it were up to her she'd accept the return. She offered to and did call the owner and talked to him, but after the conversation he just referred to the sign again and based only on that didn't accept the return.
I didn't appreciate the staunch and stubborn inflexibility of the owner. My thinking is that if you're going to position yourself as a local neighborhood store in a quiet upper middle class suburb, you should take into consideration the needs of your clients, if not for any other reason than the knowledge that you'll have repeat customers.
The employee - I think Alyah was her name- was really cool, and based on that exchange, I'd determined to come back to that shop and pick up other items in the future.
However, based on the owner's attitude, I'll never set foot in that place again.

I went here because they are the only shop in Sacramento that provides the vape pen I wanted. Once in the store I waited 10 minutes for an associate. There was none in the store, I heard people in the back talking so I made my presence known by saying hello and seeing who was here. No one answered after a minute or two of that, so I called the store. That brought those Associates out and they said oh I'm sorry we just didn't hear anyone in here, they said the door alarm didn't tell us. The associates then continue to have no knowledge of product, smoked a customer's pot vape pen in the store, and said they were sleeping which is why they didn't hear us. This was honestly the worst customer service I've ever received at any store, and will never go back again.

They have "no return policy," so after selling me a "kratom vape pen" (fake gimic, doesn't work) they wouldn't even give me store credit. Also, they don't give receipts, and last time I was in, the cashier stopped me on my way out, said he rang me up wrong, and took a $5 bill right out of my hand. He said "You can keep the two," so I suppose I should be glad he didn't take all my money? Lol Sketchy little shop, the one on Fulton too. I regularly bought kratom here, despite their not-so-great prices, because they were close to my house, but I will tell all my friends to stop buying from here.

After a year of being a customer here, spending hundreds of dollars, I will not be back. They refused to sell me a replacement bowl. Would only sell me a full rig. RIP OFF. Plenty of shops in town, don't waste time or money here.
