I visited this location on two separate occasions, both with incident. The first visit was 5/2/2020, around 8:45pm when I was told by security I wasn't able to come in due to two other patients ahead of me. I left and returned the next morning 5/3/2020 and spoke with the team Lead who identified herself as "the store manager", which she lied about, and she argued with me in regards to my concerns with the posted store hours and the security not allowing customers in before closing. I advised her a sign properly notifying customers about being turned away 15 means prior to closing would be beneficial in making customers aware instead of upsetting them from taking the drive to your location and not being serviced. She completely looked at me with a blank stare and replied we can't service anyone after 9pm. I told her it wasn't 9pm, it was beforehand with only 2 people ahead, there needs to be something in writing posted for customers to be aware, and she asked me to leave and never return. The other young lady working was acting as if she was the team Lead's cheerleader in egging her on with the aggressiveness and putting me out. She told the security guard I'm 86'd out (wow real professional right?) She stated I have plenty time in the day of the 13 hours the store is open to make a visit (like I'm not aware of the business hours and I've been coming to that location well before the new staff of Kolas and the team lead were there.) The things she said to me, being a long time paying customer was beyond rude, unprofessional, and belittling. I'd like the surveillance to be watched by the proper management and the employees involved reprimanded for their actions. I respect all policies of a business, but being treated like dirt on the ground based on my concerns with customer service is not okay. Please feel free to reach out to me, as I tried to get a hold of the REAL manager Dom, but was turned down and hung up on by the staff. Take your money elsewhere they don't care about customers at all.

I really wish there was a way to give 0 star reviews. All start by saying that I've been coming here once a week All start by saying that I've been coming here once a week Every week for the last year spending at least $200 a month here. That being said the way the day handled this tonight they not only lost me as a customer But also At least 5 to 6 of my friends that spend that or more a month there as well Buy me simply just killing them How they do business and recommending they start shopping somewhere else with me. Christopher was AWESOME. He was so patient and caring with my mom and I who took FOREVER making her decisions lol. Every staff member had a smile on their faces, and I think they even made my Service Dog Cal (who's a Pitbull) the unofficial Kolas mascot lol. This Kolas location is DEFINITELY number 1 in my top 5!!!
