My experience was horrible in the beginning but ended great... Lemme explain, when I pulled up to the Kolas parking lot I decided to use the Kolas Express/Order spot instead of other zones because it was packed. I told the kolas girl outside on express that I was just running in to grab 1 cartridge and would be out quickly.
She then told me I needed to move my car because I wasn't express...so I did. I had to reverse my car and drive around until a spot was open...for reals? Why couldn't this employee just tell me I could open the Kolas website on my phone and become express? Why did she make it so difficult for me...? That was horrible.
Once I got inside the lobby, it was a much better experience. I was called in and helped by Budtender Isabella💚💙💜. This lady was the nicest & sweetest individual in the whole store😃! She knew exactly where the products were located and quickly got me inside and out while leaving me feeling great and impressed by her professionalism! I came in with a frown...and she turned it upside down, she saved the day! THANK YOU, ISABELLA🧸 5/5

I am redoing my review. On Oct 6th, 11:30am I arrived with a new dab erig and I drive a bigger truck so parking at this location is hard. I park 1 spot over that doesn’t have a sign and the guard presses me about not being able to park there being extremely rude. The new erig fell out of my pocket and him making me repark caused me run over the dan pen I just bought! I have had many many rude occurrences with guards at this store but this one was the last straw. All of the workers have went above and beyond but I will no longer shop at this dispensary because the guards are power tripping Paul Blarts and the parking situation causes another problem. The Elder Creek store is a better option than this one.

Every time I go to the Fruitridge and S. Watt location I get exceptional service! Donte set me up with a special Kolas has going on right now!! He was so patient with me. After living in the Emerald Triangle for 20 years, I am particular about the product. He showed me several different strains of the sale items and discussed them with me. That’s why I always go to Kolas…their daily/weekly deals are great and the customer service is excellent! I wish that I could still earn points for my purchases!! I miss that! It was a good day when I was a little short on funds but had points to use towards my purchase. It really helped out! Kolas still is my go to place!
