Over all great service however ran into a hick up, clearly marked the order for today, called in 20 minutes after placing it and they said it be here soon, never received a text, 3 hours later I had to call for them to realize I had placed my order for today. It's not hard to read a screen....

If you're a bud purist, this is a good shop. They have some good stuff from top to bottom shelf. But, they have low quality extracts (Dabs) despite carrying everything from chocolate to bath bombs. And it's not always easy to find good edibles there either.

I always have a good experience when I'm going into Nug's! From the time I'm greeted at the door by the on duty Security Officer to the Tender who's at the front counter and the Bud Tender's who take and process my order! The whole staff are always helpful and they're always so positive towards the customer! They are always reasonably prompt about placing and preparing the orders. They're always free to answer any questions and explain the effects of the various and many products in which they have available and they will mention any promo's that are being offered! When there are uncertainties, they will consult their team members to clarify any questions. I highly regard Nug's as a very friendly and professional establishment and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank You Nug's!
