I have been here twice now and I have to rate it to just "Okay" . Even though they were fast and efficient, I didn't feel like they listened to me and promoted products that were lower in grade than what I was going for. They do have a nice area to see and smell the product for their more expensive varieties. I may try them again later.

Briana is always so on top of it!!
During my visit today, while waiting for my order, I noticed Briana not only doing her job, but doing/showing two other budtenders how to properly do their job as well.
Briana helped me check out this time and one thing I did notice is she specifically mentioned how much I had in rewards and ASKED if I wanted to use it. Usually I have to ask the budtender myself about my rewards and wanting to use them, so it was nice being reminding about it for once.
Other than that, I always notice Briana going above and beyond to achieve the upmost satisfied customers. She is so friendly, cheerful, never hesitates to solve a problem, super respectful, and just makes you feel like family while engaging conversation. When you walk through the doors and see Briana, just know you are being taken care of correctly.

Totally rude little wet behind the ears manager in a pink beanie tried to call me a liar when I told him I waited for hours for a delivery that never showed. Horrible horrible experience go elsewhere.

I ordered a cart from there an there an I keep trying to call them to see if I could make to delivery but I’ve called them like 10 times now an it rings then goes straight to the mail box being not set up I personally think that is way unprofessional like customer support is everything an they got very good customer service
