The owner, management, and all the staff aren’t just here to sell us weed. They’re working incredibly hard to bring real change to Ventura County. Wheelhouse regularly donates money to charitable causes, they publicly engage local government to echo community voices, and they truly love serving the people. It’s so much deeper than just the dispensary & sales experience 🙏🏼
This is in addition to the incredible experience they aim to provide. Their member rewards program is amazing, they ALWAYS have deals and sales going on, their inventory is constantly expanding, and they truly set themselves apart with their Luxer locker system for online order pickups. The whole process was very professional, the employees are kind, and ready to help. as far as the online ordering process, it was easy to navigate create a profile, they offer different payments options, and you are alerted the whole way through on the status of your order. Expect sometime before delivery occurs, but it's worth the wait. She was amazed with the quality products she ordered and the consitant wonderful customer service. Thank you wheelhouse.
