This is the only dispensary I have gone to regularly since they opened in 2019. From the beginning they set the bar so high that every other dispensary in the area just simply annoys me! Truly, the most professional, & kind staff.. Alejandra always takes such good care of me, and so do all the girls! The guys are even nice to me without judgement, it's an LGBTQ friendly environment 🏳️🌈 I feel so safe here, which isn't something I can say about other dispensaries in the area. Everyone helps me find exactly what I am looking for. Peter is my hero! They were having a raffle if you spend over a certain amount, which I had no idea about! Peter went out of his way to put my name in the raffle after I left, oblivious of said raffle. God willing, I was one of the winners! The staff here is like an extended family, they truly take care of their customers. Locally they've been benevolent with community philanthropy work as well. I even saw them with a booth at Ventura Pride this year, and they all gave me hugs 🥰 For those curious, the wait is never longer than 5-10 minutes, sometimes I get in right away, especially if I order online ahead 👍 and the waiting room has a great set up, I never minded having to wait in there. There is a courtyard if you don't feel safe waiting indoors due to personal health as well as curbside pickup. I am excited for the day they are allowed to bring back the couches, and tables with board games n we can all have fun while we wait again 🙈😍🙈 tysm to everybody at wheelhouse, your hard work is noticed and appreciated 💞
