ive been here twice and while the door man is a sweetie the people inside r not attentive and rude. the first tine it just seemed like maybe the clerk was just having a bad day but today when i came in i stood around while no one took my name so id know there was a wait no one bothered to talk to me till i asked if could get an eighth. one lady said theres a line not a physical line so how am i supposed to know when i've only been there one other time. she did not take my name to put me in line she was just plain rude and i and spent my money at blue fire instead where even when theres a line at least u know whats up and u r not met with a miserable person.

Not too bad! Decent prices and cool staff, not as supplied as the bigger stores,but they'll have Decent smoke for sure. Also this place STILL WORKS WITH POINTS. Im always checking out this place before going across town. Most of the time I don't need to go anywhere else. Overall a QUALITY shop.

Landon is true magagement, was very help full and honest, he's a good person can handle problems un like manager Erica and security gaurd who locked whole store cause I was doing nothing but getting what I paid for, can go in many times but you know, any way she said (we already accommodate you once what's prob what can we do you already been in two times before, LANDON IS THE BEST MATERIAL FOR MANAGER ERICA CAN JUST GO SMOKE A JOINT THANK YOU

DISAPOINTING!!!! I went to manzanita on 4/20 and they were giving out gift bags to the first 80. I came at 6am and waited the 4 hours until I got in. I counted everyone in front of me and the total was 65 and there was so many people cutting. Terrible organization. This is the 3rd time this has happened its ridiculous. I am a loyal customer to manzanita and I'm very disappointed about this experience.

By far the worst place I ever been there I sat there in line for 4 hours waiting to see Cheech and Chong for them to send everyone home so 11 pm to 430 pm I was standing there then they tell us we aren't guaranteed to b first in line or b guaranteed a spot wen they come back to there despensery to see them I probably will go to Blu fire or one plant before I ever return to this despensery there over priced and there customer service is very poor !!!
