I’ve been going to Manzanita since it has opened. Loved this place. But over the past few months I have had 2 instances where I was told I cannot pay with card, only to see another customer pay with a card. One of those times the employee tried to lie and say the customers total was over $200 but I clearly heard her say $115 (it was empty and I was the only other customer waiting so it was easy to hear). The guy cashing me out was plainly saying “we don’t accept cards” while the other was saying “his card reader may be down.”
Won’t be returning or referring any others. And if I could deter people from going I will do my best. It’s a damn shame.

This was the worst customer service I've ever seen, I would expect more from a gaggle of angry geese. I went a few minutes before closing with my order placed online and calling ahead. After sending me to my car for cash, they locked the door behind us and refused to take my money. Guess they had too much business today.

I have been visiting this place more and more since BlueFire seems to always be packed. Manzanita is about $10-$20 more expensive than BF, but I get in and out within 10 minutes here. It's a trade off really. I usually want two cartridges(1g), which for the brand I get is normally $64 at BF and around $80 at Manzanita. Service is good, but I always feel rushed in every dispensary I go to.

Great staff , but Bluefire has the same thing for less. Outdoors at over 30 n 8th is ridiculous when u can get indoor for the same price elsewhere last time coming here

It was walking into heaven the first time. Great customer service... I give a full five but as of my past two visits out 12 or more.. Just was a let down in terms of understanding clients need.. I'm not going to let a bad apple ruin the orchard..
