I was very satisfied about my visit today as soon as i walked the girl (I don’t know her name but she was there around 3-3:10) in the front desk made a good impression of how well the service is. Most places you walk in and show your ID and little words are exchanged in this process, but today going to haven I felt welcomed and had a good conversation in between the checking in process. That makes me want to keep going to this place.

Sara was extremely helpful! I called before going and she answered all of my questions over the phone. While I was there, she was super knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly what I was talking about when i asked for my favorite product - Five Star Extracts strawberey lemonade flavored tincture!

I had just come from my morning bike ride and wanted to get in and out. Upon coming in the store it always feels fresh and cool. Receptionists are always friendly and offer water. Security is always patient and kind. I was checked in quickly and headed straight in to budtender Nellie. I knew what I wanted so getting in and out with a smile was a breeze. Thank you Nellie for being awesome!!!!
